Vrsi apartments, accommodation Vrsi - Riviera Zadar
Apartments Helena are situated in a private house in a quiet part of Zadar, in the small tourist settlement Vrsi-zukve at only 250 meters from the sea and beautiful beaches.
The house was built in 2006 and is equipped by all European standards.
House offers accommodation in 5 apartments with a capacity of 5+2, 3+2, 3 and 2+2 beds.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom, terrace with sea view.
Content of accommodation: air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, towels, bed linen, iron and ironing ...
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean herbs (rose, lavender, Helichrysum, ...), olive and fig is a mini playground with swings and table tennis, gazebo with nicely landscaped fountain, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and outdoor shower with naturally heated water.
Parking is provided.
Price includes: power and water consumption, use of bed linen, towels and safe, finally cleaning, washing machine - 1x weekly
Supplements:
Pets - 6 € per day
Use of the air conditioner - € 6 (AP1, 2,3) 5 € (AP4) per day
Deposit at reservation, 25% of the total cost, the rest is paid by the first day of arrival
The first beach with cafe-bar, sun loungers and parasols is located at only 250 meters from the apartment.
Zukve-Vrsi is a fishing and tourist village situated on a peninsula, surrounded by Nin and bay Ljubački, 32 km northwest of Zadar and 2 km from Nin.
Shallow water in an enclosed bay, increased salinity and air quality, sandy beach with a nice entrance to the sea and vicinity of the most beautiful national parks make this place a great location for a relaxing vacation and holiday.
National park near Vrsi: Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice, Krka, Vrana lace and river Zrmanja as well as the towns like Zadar, Sibenik and Nin.
