About The Accommodation
Apartments Banovac**** offer quality accommodation near the sea and the beautiful beach Polari, 4km from the center of Rovinj. The apartments are located in a newly built family house which is situated on a quiet street (dead-end-street) in the beautiful village Cocaletto. Cocaletto is an suburb of Rovinj surrounded by sun and greenery, it is situated cca 1km from the beautiful beaches and 4km from the old town of Rovinj.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Rovinj, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.
The accommodation is offered in 4 identical, newly decorated and modernly equipped apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 2-4 persons.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace overlooking the park-forest in front of the apartments.
One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
Apartments have air condition, Sat Tv, Internet, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary for preparing and serving dishes.
WI-FI is available throughout the house and is completely free of charge to guests.
Parking is provided.
The nearest beach is Polari beach, carrier a blue flag, is 10 minutes' stroll through the forest park, and beautiful "wild" beaches in length of 10 km in both directions. Center of Rovinj and all larger tourist facilities are located about 4km from the house.
Rovinj is located on the Istrian peninsula underneath the Lim canal and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. In Rovinj are a wide range of accommodation from camps, private accommodation, to smaller apartments and hotels. Long history of this town has been recorded in numerous buildings, churches and streets.
Population is engaged in fishing, tourism and winery. Summers in Rovinj are rich in cultural and entertainment events, such as the "Rovinjske noci" (Rovinjs nights)
