The house is situated in a quiet, side street with no traffic. From the center of Rogoznica and all the major tourist facilities, the house is about 800m away.
Accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Rogoznica, summer holidays for groups of up to 6 persons as well as for recreational vacationers and boaters.

Accommodation is offered in a new and modernly furnished self catering apartment with a capacity of beds for 4-6 persons.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another room with two single beds, bathroom and terrace with sea view. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed for one to two persons.
The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet .. Guests can use a terrace with barbecue and parking a space.
The first beach is around 150 meters away, while the center of Rogoznica and all major tourist facilities are located at 700-800 meters from the house.
