Bjelovar - a quiet town in central Croatia with a rich history and green parks.
Bjelovar is a city in Croatia and is also the center of the Bjelovar-Bilogora County and the Bjelovar-Križevac Diocese. It is one of the younger cities in Croatia, founded in 1756 by the decision of Empress Maria Theresa.
It was built according to plan as a training ground and administrative headquarters of the Križevačka and Đurđevačka border infantry regiments.
