Holiday house Villa Kate offers comfortable accommodation 100m from the beach and the crystal clear sea of Taline bay in Barotul, a small village on the island of Pašman located between the towns of Pašman and Mrljane. The house is located in a small street without much traffic, only 100m from the sandy beach.

The accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Pašman, a vacation for a larger group, as well as for lovers of water sports and recreational vacations.

Villa Kate is a detached building with sleeping capacity for 8 people, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and two bathrooms, two showers, three toilets, bidet, washing machine, on the ground floor of the house. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two rooms have access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, a double bed size 180x200, and the other two rooms have a double bed 160x200, and a view of the forest. There is another toilet on the first floor.

The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning, heating, TV, Internet, cot on request. The guests of the house have at their disposal a large terrace in front of the entrance to the house, where there is a large table for lunch, barbecue, garden furniture for rest, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, four deckchairs and a swing for rest.

Three parking spaces are provided in the closed courtyard of the house. Pets are not allowed.

The owner of the house lives on the same plot, but in another building and is available to guests.

Barotul can be reached from Biograd to Tkon or from Zadar to Preko.

Barotul is a small and quiet village located in the bay of Taline, between the towns of Pašman and Mrljane. The island is connected to Biograd near Zadar by ferry, and the ride takes about 15 minutes. The home atmosphere is felt at every step.

Barotul is one of the quietest settlements on the island of Pašman, located right next to the sea, far from any noise. Unspoiled nature, sandy beach and accommodation in private houses, and hospitable hosts will make sure that you forget everyday life.

There is a restaurant and a grocery store in the village, all important tourist facilities are located in Tkon, about 2 km from Barotul.
