This remarkable newly built and modern villa with swimming pool is located in the heart of island Krk, in the peaceful village of Risika, some two kilometers away from the beautiful sandy beach of St. Marak. It˙s ideal location puts you within 15 minutes drive of everywhere you want to be - from Town Krk, Malinska or Vrbnik.

With a total area of 150 square meters this villa can accommodate up to 8 guests making it perfect for up to two families.
The private garden offers the following amenities: pool, deck chairs, outdoor fireplace, kids playground and covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for all guests.
The ground floor consists of a living room, bedroom with bathroom, an extra toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware. From the bright living room there is a large outdoor terrace equipped with sitting garniture.
The higher level, first floor, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed that opens out easily into a double bed. All rooms are air conditioned to ensure our guests a pleasant stay.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
