House is located 700 meters from the old town and 600 m from the beach with sports and entertainment content. In front of the house is a parking lot within the yard. House offer accommodation in 3 units with a capacity of 4+1 and 4+2. Description of apartments: Apartments are located on the first and the second floor of the house and are consisting of: two separate bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a dining table, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, gas stove) In the living room is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed. Apartments have a small balcony with table and chairs. From a balcony on the second floor is a beautiful view of Porec, the old town and in the distance you can see the horizon and the sea. Content of accommodation: radio, satellite TV, air conditioning. The apartments are ideal for larger groups if you book both the accommodation.
