The apartment is located in a family house with its own parking space. The house is situated on a quiet location, in an dead-end street behind the monument "Vjesnik slobode" (The horseman), which divides Kaštel Stari from Kaštel Novi. The town center and all major tourist facilities are about 300m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Kaštel Novi, or romantic holidays for couples.

Apartment Barac is a new and modernly furnished apartment of 42m2 and accommodation capacity for 2-4 persons. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom (toilet / shower) and two balconies oriented east and south. The living room has a 140 cm wide sofa, which can serve as an extra bed for two persons.
The apartment has air condition, Tv, Internet .. The parking space is provided on a private parking in front of the house.
Guests have access to the beautifully landscaped garden and the possibility to use the garden grill.

Kaštel Novi is one of seven Kaštela, which create town Kaštela. Kaštel gives the impression of a strong fort, but decorated balconies and windows point to its residential use. Kaštel Novi was created by the fact that Trogir nobleman Paul Antun Cippico built a fortress fortified in 1512 and a settlement for his peasants. While staying in Kaštel Novi, do not miss visiting the historic towns of Split and Trogir.
