Apartments House Ema offer accommodation with favorable prices 300m from the sandy beach in Duće, a picturesque village 3km away from town Omis. The apartments are located in a newly built family house which is situated on a mild elevation, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Brac.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Duce, summer holidays for group of up to 8 persons, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports, sailing and active vacation.

Apartment House Emma offers accommodation in two newly equipped apartments with capacity of beds for 6 or 2 persons.
Apartment ID1 is a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and large terrace overlooking the sea. In the kitchen there is a dinning room with air conditioning, while in the bedrooms there is a cooling fan.
Study apartment ID2, has mini kitchen with dining area, double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and large terrace overlooking the sea. There is air-conditioning in the apartment.
Both apartments have Sat TV and Internet. Guests of the apartment, on use have a parking space in front of the house.

The first beach is only 300m away from the apartments. An active vacation in the resort provides tennis courts, fantastic windsurfing conditions and various other "water" entertainment such as recreational and advanced sailing.

Duće is a small touristic resort located 20 km east from town Split (largest  city in Dalmatia) and 3 km west from Omiš, a small historic town from where are daily excursions to the islands Brac and Hvar.
Duce is a place recognizable by its beautiful sandy beaches and clear shallow sea which makes it very convenient for family vacation, especially for families with children.
