About The Accommodation

Apartments Katarina offer comfortable accommodation in new apartments 300m from several beaches in Dramalj on the Crikvenica Riviera. The apartments are located in a newly built family house which is located in a quiet street, with low traffic. From the first beach, town center and all major tourist facilities the house is about 300m away. From the center of Crikvenica, to which leads the promenade by the sea, the house is about 1500-2000 m away.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Dramalj, summer holidays for smaller groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in two new apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-3 and 4 persons.
Both apartments have a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils for preparing and serving meals, one bedroom (apartment ID1), two bedrooms (apartment ID2), bathroom (toilet / shower) and covered terrace with table and chairs. The apartments have a partial sea view.
Apartments are equipped with: air condition, Sat Tv, Internet, dishwasher.. Washing machine and washing service are available at the host.

Notices:
- small pets are allowed in the apartments, with prior agreement with the owner of the apartment
- possibility to use barbecue with prior agreement with the owner of the apartment
- rental prices are on request and depend on the number of guests and length of stay

Dramalj is a popular tourist destination in the vicinity of Crikvenica, which extends from the Black Mole (Crikvenica district) to the tourist resort Kačjak. The town has about 1400 inhabitants, mostly employed in tourism and hospitality. Dramalj is connected to Crikvenica by the seafront promenade.
The mild Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation, clear sea, plenty of sunny hours and the vicinity of Crikvenica make this place an ideal holiday destination. Dramalj has several well-tended beaches with various amenities and a location where many fun-cultural events, such as the Summer Carnival, are held.
