 Holiday house PUNTAPLANKA has 5 apartments for 2, 4 and 8 people and is located next to the sea in the idyllic bay Stivasnica, near the fishing village Razanj, near the town of Rogoznica.

Within the building there is a personal beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, a pier with a berth for a boat, barbecue, and a parking space directly next to the house.

 The brightly decorated apartments have tiled floors, satellite TV and a bathroom with hairdryer. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area also contributes to a pleasant stay. All apartments have separate entrances and sea views.

A1- studio apartment for 2 people,
 approx. 30m²
Separate entrance, bedroom with kitchenette, dining area, 1 double bed for 2 people. (Box bed with spring 160x200) SAT TV. Air conditioning, bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and cutlery. Terrace with sea view.

A1- one bedroom apartment for 2 people,
 approx. 30m²
Separate entrance, bedroom with 1 double bed (maximum bed approx. 200x160), satellite TV. Air conditioning, bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer. Kitchen with kitchenette, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and cutlery. Terrace with sea view.


A2 - Apartment for 4 people,
 approx. 60m²
plus terrace approx 40m², private entrance, two bedrooms with spring beds, 1x double bed 200x160 and 1x 200x180, beds with spring, satellite TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer. Kitchenette with kitchenette, induction hob, hob, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and cutlery, large terrace with sea view.

A3 - Apartment for 4 people,
 approx. 60m²
Separate entrance, two bedrooms with two double beds (box beds, 1x160x200 and 1x180x200) for 4 people. Living room with satellite TV, air conditioning. Bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer, plus separate toilet. Kitchenette with kitchenette, induction hob with hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils and cutlery. Large balcony overlooking the sea.



 A4 - Penthouse apartment for 8 people,

 Separate entrance, entire first floor, approx. 200m2,
large terrace and two balconies with beautiful sea views.

Four bedrooms with 4 double beds with spring, 2x 200x180 and 2x 200x160, fully air conditioned (each room has separate air conditioning), satellite TV, 2 bathrooms with shower / WC and hairdryer. Large living room with kitchen and panoramic windows overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, kitchenette, induction hob with stove, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators and freezers, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes for 10 people.

You can relax on the sun terrace and in the garden, where barbecue facilities are also available. Visit the center for diving, fishing and windsurfing near the house Puntaplanka.

 Split Airport is 25 km away. We will be happy to arrange airport transfers for you at an additional cost.
The holiday house is only 1.5 km from the center of the nearest village Razanj, where you have a well-equipped shop, cafe, pizzeria and two restaurants. Rogoznica is 10 km away, Primosten 15 km and Trogir 25 km.

 Through a few steps you have access to the sea and our concrete beach which is located right in front of the house, the beach is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas free of charge, as well as a boat mooring.
In front of the house you have a sun terrace and a large barbecue which of course you can use.
Our accommodation offers you free internet access (WLAN).

Free parking is available on our property so you don’t have to walk long and park comfortably in front of your accommodation.

 Our services: • Fresh linen and towels are provided weekly or as needed.
 Fresh bread and rolls are delivered directly to the house from the local bakery, from 8 am. Orders are also accepted!
