Villa Perla (ex Villa Laus) is a beautiful stone house near the old town of Cavtat, situated only 200 meters from the sea, pebbly beach and the town center. Villa extends to 165 square meters of indoor accommodation, surrounded by a garden, two terraces with garden furniture and umbrellas, outdoor fireplace, private entrance and parking spaces. Villa Laus was renovated during 2012 and 2013 and in 2014g. was built and an outdoor swimming pool.
The accommodation is ideal for family vacations or holidays of a group of friends, offering an excellent standard of accommodation, beautiful sea view and a very good location because the town center, beaches, restaurants and shops are only a few short minutes away.

The accommodation capacities of the house is 11 beds, and consist of:
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with access to a sunny terrace overlooking the sea, town Cavtat and Dubrovnik in the distance; Dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one family room for three persons (baby cot and high feeding chair are available on request); a large bathroom and utility room with washing machine .

On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each room has a balcony with table and chairs. Two bedrooms have sea views, and two bedrooms overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Each room has a private bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned, has satellite TV, WiFi Internet and a computer, dishwasher, washing machine ..

In the spacious and beautifully decorated garden with flowers and Mediterranean plants, guests will enjoy in the dishes prepared on the barbecue made of natural stone from this area, or relax in view and surroundings by the swimming pool.
Parking is provided on the private parking lot of the villa, free of charge.

Cavtat is a town of beautiful beaches and luxury hotels along with the traditional way of life and customs.
