Apartments Villa Alice offer a comfortable accommodation in a peaceful and green surroundings of Vrvari, a small suburb of Poreč situated only a 5-minute drive to the center of the town. Apartments are located in a family house which is surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean plants. The house is located only 50m from the cycling track Cardus Maximus-Agri.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Poreč, summer holidays for a larger group, as well as for those who love recreational and active vacations.

Villa Aliče offers accommodation in two comfortable apartments with a capacity of beds for 7 and 3 persons and in one studio apartment for two persons.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden.
The apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi Internet ..
Apartment for 7 persons is on the top floor of the house, has 3 bedrooms (2 x 2/1, 1 x 3/1), 2 bathrooms (shower toilet, towels), kitchen, living room, terrace overlooking the garden and nature.
On the ground floor is the apartment for 3 persons with 1 bedroom (3 beds 1/1), bathroom (shower toilet, towels), kitchen, living room with sofa , bed and the terrace with overlooking to the garden.

In the backyard under the shade of kiwi, is a barbecue with outdoor furniture. The yard is decorated with Mediterranean spices (sage, rosemary, bay leaves, parsley, celery, oregano, thyme, hot peppers, rocket, ....), typical of the Mediterranean fruit (cherries, figs, pergola of grapes, almonds), olives ...
What we are particularly proud of are flowers and plant diversity that we cherish with love.

If you like bicycles, bike trail Cardus Maximus-Agri running about 50 meters from the house and will lead you straight to the center of Poreč, shops or you can enjoy to the countryside.
