Apartments Katica offer comfortable accommodation in newly renovated apartments, 150m from the beach Srebreno in Mlini. The apartments are located in a family house which is situated in a quiet part of Mlini, surrounded by pine forest. The apartment has a beautiful view of the open sea, surrounding islands and of town Cavtat. The city of Dubrovnik is 7 km away, and Cavtat 8 km.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Mlini, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active holidays.

Accommodation is offered in 6 apartments with a capacity of beds for 3, 4, 8, and 9 persons.
Each apartment has a kitchen with dining and living room, one or more bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding islands.
The apartments have air conditioning, TV and free WiFi Internet access is available through the entire facility.
Guests have on use a large, common terrace of 100m2 with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue. Parking is available on a public parking lot near the house.

The bus station is 150 m away from the house, from where on every 30 min you can have a bus to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
Within the range of 70 m. to 500 m from the house there are several restaurants, grocery store (150 m), post office (300 m), ambulance and shopping center (500m). On the way from the house to the beach there is a park with children's playground.

Srebreno is a charming village, situated on the shore covered with lush Mediterranean vegetation, which mainly consists of agave, palm and pine trees. Mountain range plunges into the picturesque valley and makes this area a very popular tourist destination.
Srebreno has a beautiful long sandy beach that is suitable and safe for parents with small children.
Mlini is a small tourist town on the northern coast of the Zupa Bay, just 7 km southeast of Dubrovnik.
Picturesque nature, beautiful sandy beaches and numerous streams that flow from the nearby water spring which once were used to run the mills. In Mlini there are shops, restaurants, ATM, promenades ...
