Apartment File is located in a private house situated in a quiet location of Bregi in Matulji, in the immediate vicinity to the Nature Park Ucka and only 2 km away from the sea

The accommodation capacity of the apartment is 7+2 beds and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room; three bedrooms of which two bedrooms are with a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds; two bathrooms (one with shower the other with bath), two balconies and a terrace with a barbecue place.
In the living room there are two sofas that can be stretched and serve as an extra bed for two persons

From both balcony's and terrace is a fantastic view of the Kvarner bay, the island of Cres, Krk Losinj and town Rijeka
The apartment has satellite TV, Internet, washing machine ..

Matulji are a blend of Kvarner with mountainous hinterland, and allowing guests easy sleep with cool summer evenings. Matulji is now commonly referred to as the "gate of Kvarner". From the sea, Matulji are 2 km away and 6 km from the tourist center Opatija, which can be reached by car or for some 30 minutes stroll through the historic "škaline" (stairs).
The stairs are an ancient path which leads to town Opatija and are ideal for hiking. The stairs were used by the Austrian emperors to enjoy hiking in surroundings of Mediterranean plants and fresh air of the pristine nature.
Matulji are the ideal destination for those who are looking for a quiet holiday in a clean, unspoiled nature, close to the sea or all looking for an active vacations.
In Matulji, tourists can enjoy in cycling, walking and hiking in the woods Lisina, Nature Park Ucka, Veprinac or nearby Kastva, and swimming on one of the many beautiful beaches of Opatija Riviera located at less than 2 km away.
