About The Accommodation

Fisherman's house Zorica offers a unique accommodation 20 meters from the pebble beach in Zvirje Bay, 2km from Selca, not far from Sumartin on the island of Brač. This beautiful small stone house is a combination of traditional architecture of island fishing house and a modern design, completely renovated and decorated to meet all the needs of modern tourists.
The accommodation is suitable for family holidays on the island of Brac, summer holidays for smaller group, as well as for recreational vacationers and boaters.

The house is located in the cove Zvirje and it can be reached only by a boat. Transportation and return to the property is free of charge.
The accommodation capacity of the house is for 4-5 persons and consists of a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, one of which is with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a spacious terrace surrounded by figs, olives trees and Mediterranean herbs. The house and terrace are overlooking the sea.
The house has satellite TV, Internet..

Guests have on use a spacious garden with deckchairs, a garden furniture, a built-in barbecue, an outdoor shower. A small stone path leads to the beach where guests can use the sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas.
Boat mooring is provided on the beach in front of the house.

- Arrival from Saturday to Saturday
- The house is located in the cove and can be reached by boat only.
- Transportation and return to the property is free of charge
- At the host guests can rent a boat for personal needs and exploring the islands. Daily boat rental is 40 €
- The first restaurant is located at 20 min. small boat ride, or 5min drive with a speed boat.
- At request the renter can supply the guest with groceries. The first delivery of groceries is free of charge, every next supply is charged upon agreement with the hosts.

Bay Zvirje is a beautiful bay located 2km from Selca, not far from Sumartin on the island of Brač. The beach in the bay is made of a small gravel with a gradual entry into the sea and is ideal for young children and non-swimmers. In the cove there are only 3 houses, and all three are holiday homes.
Zvirje is en destination where you can relax your senses far from the city buzz and crowds, by lying on one of the beautiful shingle beaches or under the shadows of pine trees softly touched by the summer mistral, listening to the sounds of the tireless cicadas and absorbing the scents of the lush flora of the island of Brač.
