About The Accommodation

Holiday House Zuljana offer quality accommodation 250m from the sandy and pebble beaches of Žuljana, on the Pelješac Peninsula. The apartments are located in a newly built family house, which is situated in a quiet street, with no traffic. The house, as well as the whole place are surrounded by pine trees. From the center of the village and the most important tourist facilities the house is about 300m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Zuljana, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

The accommodation is offered in three new and modernly equipped apartments, two of which have a capacity for beds of 4-6 and 2-3 persons, and one is studio apartment for up to 3 persons.
All accommodation units include equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, bathroom (toilet / shower) and equipped covered terrace.
Apartment A1 has two bedrooms, while apartment A2 has 1 bedroom with double bed and one single bed.

Apartments have air condition, satellite TV, Internet .. Parking is provided on a large parking lot in front of the house.
Guests have on use a spacious and nicely decorated yard, and the possibility of using the barbecue.

Žuljana is one of the few intact places on earth, it is located in a picturesque bay on the south side of Peljesac peninsula. The village is surrounded by pine forests that stretch all the way to the sea, inland mountains and vineyards. What makes this village a unique place on the Adriatic coast is that the bay is facing the west so you can fully enjoy every sunset.
Žuljana has numerous sandy and pebble beaches especially suitable for families with small children because they are shallow and clean. It is an ideal place for diving, fishing, sailing and surfing. Crystal clear sea and coral reefs make this place a dive with a special experience.
Local grocery shops and markets sell everything you need, including organic fruits and vegetables, olive oil, honey and wine, all that is produced locally. In the village there are two restaurants, a pizzeria and a café. In the village there is an ambulance, post office where you can exchange money and tourist office, where you can get more information or organize excursions.

From the town there are organized excursions to Dubrovnik, the "pearl of the Adriatic", which is an hour's drive away, and the Arboretum Trsteno, a 500 year-old botanical garden. Also, only half an hour from Žuljana is the old town of Ston with its original salt pans and ancient walls. The National Park on the island of Mljet is 40 minutes sailing on the local Zuljana boat, and the beautiful island of Korcula is an hour away.
