Villa Sipar is located close to the tourist resort Polynesia, which is with a mini train connected to Stella Maris a new sports center located next to the center of Umag. Stela Maris is a sport center for the preparation of national football team, and a resort where is held ATP tour.
Accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Zambratija, summer holidays for smaller groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacation in Umag.

Accommodation is offered in 2 apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 4 persons. Apartments are located on the first floor of the house.
Both apartments have fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace.

- The rental price is from 40 € to 65 € per day, depending on the period in the season.
- For a stay of 7 days in the preseason period, we grant a discount of 5 € per day, and for a stay of 14 days we grant a discount of 10 € per day.
- The rental price includes all costs, taxes and charges.

Zambratija is a tourist settlement, and a suburb of the town of Umag. It is located on the western side of Istrian peninsula, between Umag and Savudrija. The population of Zambratija used to be engaged in fishing, and today is mainly engaged in tourism as their primary activity.
