Zagreb apartments, Zagreb accommodation Apartment Baik 15 is situated on the second floor of family house in a quiet neighborhood street Kosirnikovoj, three tram stops from the main square of Zagreb - Ban Jelacic, near the Forest Park Jelenovac. Apartment is a spacious and comfortable with a 75 m2 surface, at guests disposal are: two double bedrooms, bathroom with towels use, and living room. The kitchen is functionally equipped with oven and glass panels in the living room is a large sofa, for one or two people. One bedroom is furnished as a home office with internet connection and air conditioning, while the other has a large wardrobe, internet connection, but without air conditioning because of the cold-storage part of the house, up the hill. In the living room are the dining room, and "relax" part of the internet TV (international channel), line (iPod and USB compatible), a small library and an exercise bike. During winter, the whole room is heated with floor heating. Depending on the length of stay, we will agree to change the clothes and bedding. Free parking in front of the house, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. (We had a car with Italian registration). If you have a need for a closed garage, we can arrange for you. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Unfortunately we can not accept pets because we have your dog (which is not allowed to access the second floor) If you have fish, it can be. We are gay friendly, not that we wanted to point out, but we know that sometimes it is a problem in Croatia, we hope that it will not long be so, but for now ... Displayed prices are approximate and apply to rent an apartment for more than 4 days for 4 to 6 persons, other prices are as follows: • 1 room (1-2 persons): 1 night___500 € - 67 € / night 2-3 nights 465 € - 62 € / night 4-7 nights 430 € - 57 € / night • 2 bedrooms (4-6 persons): 1 night___750 € - 100 € / night 2-3 nights 675 € - 90 € / night 4-7 nights 600 € - 80 € / night For rent the apartment for a period longer than 7 days, the price is negotiable. With time, we wish to create a small international library for our guests, with books and magazines in different languages. If you wish to give us one book (new or second hand, it doesn't matter), or a magazine in your mother language, you'll get a 5€ discount on your bill.
