Villa u parku (Villa in the Park) offers budget accommodation 40m from the beach in Žaborić, a quiet tourist place 10 km away from Sibenik. The Villa u Parku is a modern 3 *** star apartments house, located third row to the sea and the beach. The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, with direct access to the car and its own parking lot.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Zaboric, summer holidays for couples as well as for active holidays near Sibenik.

Accommodation is offered in two apartments with a capacity for a bed for two to six persons.
Apartment A1 is located on the first floor of the house, consisting of a large living room with dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace with a very nice view of the sea and its surroundings.
Studio apartment A2 is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has one room with equipped kitchen, table with chairs and two beds. The apartment has a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace with a view and exit to the park.
Both accommodation units are air-conditioned, have satellite TV and internet. The house has a fenced parking place in the shade.

The Villa offers a possibility of quality family vacation from spring to autumn, good traffic connections make it possible to visit the nearby tourist centers Šibenik, Primošten, Rogoznica .. as well as national parks Krka and Kornati.

Žaborić is a coastal town located along the main road 10 kilometers south of Sibenik, and is one of the favorite tourist destinations of Sibenik-Knin County.
Zaboric is recognizable by landscaped natural sandy and pebble beaches, and its crystal clear waters, which each year attracts more and more domestic and foreign tourists.
Along the beautiful coast of Žaborić is built and a long promenade, which offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the sunsets and night walks.
