The accommodation is offered in 4 fully furnished apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-4 and 4-5 persons.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, contains a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, kitchen is equipped with the necessary electrical appliances and dishes and utensils for preparing and serving dishes, bedroom with French bed (possibility for an extra bed), bathroom with shower and sun terrace pleasant for stay and relaxation.

The Donja Prezida Beach is located on the southeastern part of the island of Vir. The beach is covered by shallow and sandy sea bottom, pebble and concrete shore.
