The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a family house which is located in a quiet part of the island, surrounded by greenery. Since the traffic circulation on the island is minimal, and during the summer is forbidden, island of Iz is an ideal destination for families with children.
The accommodation is ideal for a family holidays in Mali Iz and for enthusiasts of cycling and active vacations.

Accommodation capacity of the apartment is a 3 + 2 beds and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: stove with oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster .. Parking is provided.

The island of Iž is a Croatian island with the most sunny days a year, it is located in the heart of Dalmatia. The island of Iz is an untouched pearl of the Zadar archipelago and is one of
18 islands on the threshold of the Kornati National Park, 12 nautical miles away from town Zadar. The whole island is punctuated by walkways that meander through the green oasis of wild herbs. This green paradise has about 70,000 olive trees and hundreds of species of wild medicinal herbs. The island has two larger settlements, Veli Iz and Mali Iz.

Veli Iz is a small fishing village situated on the west side of the island, this is incredible relaxing tranquility and an ideal destination for a peaceful vacation.
In Veli Iz, except private accommodation there is one hotel with 120 rooms. In the center of Veli Iz is a supermarket and two stores, groceries, souvenir shop, post office with local and foreign press. There is a doctor and ambulance. It also has several restaurants, cafes and pizzerias. Attention - on the island there is no ATM!

The town beach is suitable for families with children, while the tourists who are looking for peace and privacu can enjoy on secluded beaches and bays. In Veli Iz there are two public beaches one of which is in front of the hotel and the other is opposite the hotel and on the island Rutnjak, at 300 m away from the port , there is a nudist beach.
However the whole island is one big beach with many lagoons, so you can rent a bike and enjoy in discovering the island. For those who like recreation, along the entire length of the island there are biking and hiking trails, there are tennis courts, football and basketball court.
