About The Accommodation

Holiday house Flora offers affordable accommodation 35m from the sea and beach, and about 100 meters from the beach in the bay of Pičena, 4km from Vela Luka on the island of Korčula.
House Flora is a newly built, detached house that offers accommodation in the "light" Robinson tourism type.
The accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Vela Luka, a summer vacation for a group of up to 6 people, as well as for sailors and lovers of nature holidays. 
The accommodation capacity of the house is for 4-6 people, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, 3 bedrooms (beds 180 cm x 200 cm, 160 cm x 200 cm and 2 extra beds), two bathrooms (toilet / shower) and a large terrace, a covered terrace of about 25 m2 with a beautiful view of the sea and the islet of Ošjak.
Guests can use a spacious yard around the house with an outdoor shower and barbecue and another 300 m2 of garden - olive grove.
The beach "in front" of the house is a concrete pier and a boat mooring, a distance of about 35 m, and the pebble beach is about 100 m away. The car access is about 30 m from the house, parking is provided for 2 cars. 

House equipment
Water is from a cistern and is used with a water pump, electricity is from the city network - 220 V, the stove is gas - electric, refrigerator 171 l + freezer 42 l, solar water heater, mobile phone signal is normal.



Pičena bay is a shallow and pebble bay, suitable for families with small children and non-swimmers. The bay is located on the western side of the island of Korčula, 2.5 km from Vela Luka. In front of it is the islet of Ošljak.
There are 7 private houses for rent in the bay, and by the sea there is a small restaurant where you can eat very well. It is also possible to walk to the bay along the footpaths. It is also designed for cyclists from two directions: 2.5km from Vela Luka and 14km via Poplat.
