On the first floor, two enticing bedrooms with double beds await you, accompanied by a large elegant bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to inspire culinary delights, while a comfortable living room with a dining room offers a welcome place to relax. A suitable guest WC completes this level. Step out into your private garden, a peaceful haven where you can sunbathe in the warm embrace of the sun and indulge in dining on the wonderful terrace with barbecue equipment. Private parking in the yard ensures stress-free arrivals and departures. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy supreme comfort with air conditioning on both floors.

 The vacation house is intended for a maximum of 4 people + 1 person on an extra bed (sofa bed).

In order to secure your reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the full price in advance as a deposit directly to the owner of the accommodation, and the remaining 70% upon arrival at the accommodation unit. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m., in order to ensure the reception of the next guest from 2:00 p.m.
