About The Accommodation

Apartments Villa Fantazija offer comfortable accommodation on the seafront, 20 meters from the sandy beach of Tkon, on the island of Pašman. The apartments are located in a family house with direct access to the beach, situated 300m from the town center and all major tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Tkon, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and boaters.

Villa Fantasia offers accommodation in 5 identical apartments, with a capacity of beds for 4-5 persons. All apartments in 2014 are fully renovated and equipped, each with two balconies overlooking the sea.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace overlooking the sea.
In the dining area, there is a sofa bed which can serve as an extra bed for one person.
Apartments have air condition, satellite TV, Internet .. Parking place is provided right next to the house.
Guests of the apartment have on use a landscaped garden, large terrace in front of the villa, deck chairs, outdoor shower and the possibility of using a large grill.

All costs are included in the rental price, including the use of air conditioners, final cleaning and tourist tax.

Villa Fantasia is only 300 meters away from the ferry port from which you take the ferry to Biograd na Moru in less than 15 minutes. Nearby are shops, markets, butchers and fishmongers, taverns, restaurants and cafes. If you like an active vacation, you can rent a boat, bike or scooter in Tkon and go on exploring the beautiful island of Pasman, which is connected to the bridge by the island of Ugljan. In the resort, there are numerous attractive organized activities and excursions.

Tkon is a small holiday destination and an old fishing village located in the southeastern part of the island of Pasman, Croatia just across Biograd with which Tkon is connected to the mainland by daily ferry lines Biograd - Tkon.
Due to the clear waters, sandy beaches and pleasant climate, Tkon is the perfect place for a family vacation. In Tkon there is larger grocery store, post office, a pharmacy, a restaurant with a large terrace along sea and several cafes and taverns. Above the town on the hill Cokovac is the Benedictine Monastery of St. Cosmas and Damjan from the 12th century. The center of Tkon is covered with free WiFi Internet

On the north side of the island all beaches are sandy. From the village Ugrinic across Tkon on the south, along 3 km coastline there are seven sandy bays, of which three are public beaches beach Vruljica, Južnja and beach Ugrinić.
Besides the nudist camp FKK Sovinje which is located at the end of the road outside the village, in Tkon there are two private campsites and one in neighboring Ugrinić. Camps are located in the shade of centuries-old olive groves and pine forests near the beautiful beaches.
Tkon offers a variety of sports activities: diving, boat rental and sailing, windsurfing, Jet-ski or rent a mountain bike ..
