Villa Čatipović***** offers high quality accommodation near the center of place Kraj of one of the seven settlements that make the Dicmo district, just 20 km away from town Split. Villa Čatipović is a newly renovated holiday home with swimming pool, situated on a landscaped plot of 1500 m2. In the vicinity of the house there are all major facilities. The town of Split, the sea and the first beaches are about 20km away.
Accommodation is ideal for family vacation, summer holidays for a larger group of up to 16 persons, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Total capacity of the house is for 16 persons in three fully equipped and modern furnish apartments located on the ground floor, first and second floor of the house, which are interconnected with the inner stairs.
Apartment on the ground floor is consisted of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Apartments on the first and second floor are consisted of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms, one with a shower and
the other with a bathtub. Apartment on the first floor additionally have a baby cot.

Each apartment has a large terrace with garden furniture.
The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, Sat Tv, WiFi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, PlayStation 4, table tennis, exercise equipment ..

For guests of the house is available, free of charge:
- a swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas, a covered terrace with an outdoor whirlpool for 4 persons, a covered terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen, an outdoor bathroom (toilet / shower)..
- spacious lawn with swings and a slide.
- eight bicycles are available for exploring the environment, and the youngest can have fun playing a PlayStation or Nintendo.
- parking place for 4 cars is provided on the enclosed parking place of the house.
