Apartment Abeona offers comfortable accommodation close to the beach Znjan in town Split. The apartment is a newly renovated apartment located on the upper floor of a residential building situated 150m from the pebble beach Znjan and 15 minutes walk along the waterfront from the city of Split.
The accommodation is ideal for a family vacation in Znjan, romantic summer holidays in Split as well as for active holidays enthusiasts.

The capacity of apartment is 2+2 beds, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person and a large balcony overlooking the sea; Living room which is connected with a kitchen with all the required appliances for preparing dishes and another large balcony overlooking the sea.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
The apartment is air conditioned, has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, provided parking
place .. The guests who stay longer than 2 days, have on use two bikes and the possibility to use fitness studio free of charge.

Near the apartment, on the way to the beach there is a well stocked grocery, ATM, and a bus stop. The first beach is around 150m away and the center of Split is about 150 min stroll along the sea promenade.

Beach Znjan, one of the most popular beaches in Split, is located only 150m from the apartment. The beach is mostly rocky with some pebbly areas. On the beach, there are several bars, restaurant and a children's playground. Beach Znjan is ideal for families with small children, romantic couples, elderly, singles and young people.
