The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, which is surrounded by greenery and beautifully landscaped garden.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Kraljevica, romantic holiday for couples, as well as for those who love recreational vacations.

The accommodation capacity of the apartment is for 2-3 persons and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with double bed and extra bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and sun umbrella. Parking place is provided on a covered parking place in the yard of the house.
The apartment is located near all the facilities needed for a pleasant holiday. Apartment is close to the island of Krk, Kraljevica and Crikvenica.

Šmrika is a settlement in Kraljevica, situated in Primorsko-goranska county. It is located north of Kraljevica, less than 1 km above the Adriatic highway, below the hill of Mižolova and Lukićeva. Through the place passes the road leading from the Adriatic highway towards Hreljina and Bakar hinterland.
The nearest beach is Črišnjeva, which is also a small harbor at the same time. Črišnjeva Beach is located on the east side of the Krk Bridge and used to be a ferry port. A little further away from Črišnjeva towards Jadranovo are still coves Dumboka and Marenska which can be reached only on foot and are therefore very preserved.

Kraljevica is an old coastal town, located at the entrance to the Bakar Bay, about 20 kilometers south of Rijeka. Kraljevica is a shady, green and with lush vegetation, so it is famous for its beaches and a beautiful promenade. The two medieval castles with the church, which are the legacy of the Croatian noble family Zrinski and Frankopan in the summer, are the venue for holding cultural and entertainment events.
