Villa Carmen offers comfortable accommodation 80 meters from the sea, the beach and the center of tourist destination Selce near Crikvenica. The apartments are located on the ground floor of a family house with a spacious backyard.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Selce, summer holiday for group of friends as well as for an active holidays on the Crikvenica Riviera.

Each apartment has its own private entrance from the street to the terrace. Terrace is fenced and protected from the street with a hedgerow depth of 1.5 m and 3.5 m high
Apartment ID1 is air conditioned apartment for 4 adults with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed 160x200, a kitchen with a table for 4 persons, bathroom with shower.
Studio apartment ID2 can accommodate 4 persons, has a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 4 people, and living room with a double bed in one room; and a bathroom with shower. In the living room is a sofa bed (160x200 cm)

Both apartments have satellite air-condition, TV, Internet, safe and terrace with garden furniture and parasol. In the extension of the terrace is a barbecue. The guests have at their disposal 3 bicycles.

From the house to the coastline is about 80 to 100 m, and the same is to the grocery store, market and cafes. Ambulance and bus station are about 40 meters from the apartment.
Sandy beaches, pebbled, or concrete beaches are 50 to 500 m distance from the center of Selce, and with about 20 minutes easy walk you will get to Crikvenica
Because of proximity from apartments to all necessary facilities, here is no need to use your vehicle.
