Apartments 031 offer comfortable accommodation with favorable prices near beach Kraljičina (Queen's Beach) in Sabunike, next to the historic town of Nin. The apartments are lsituated in a family house with large garden. The house is situated in a quiet street with low traffic, only 700m from the beach.

Accommodation is offered in one apartment with capacity 4+2 beds and in one studio apartment for two to four persons.
Apartment ID1 is located on the first floor, has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hall and a terrace with area of ​​15m2.
Stdio apartment ID2 is located on the top floor and has a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and a private terrace on the first floor.

In the yard, guests can use the grill and outdoor shower. Parking is provided in the enclosed courtyard.
Within 250m from the apartments there are grocery, a bakery, a restaurant, pastry shop, market .. Two shallow sandy beaches are at 10-minute stroll from the apartments (600-700m). Because of the shallowness of the sea, beach is an ideal playground for children and carefree relaxation for parents. On the beach you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, pedal boats or have a drink at a beach bar.

The proximity of Velebit brings a refreshing wind all day and night, and therefore Sabunike become paradise for surfers.
3km from Sabunike is a Croatian historic town of Nin who is connected with Sabunike with the 2 km long sandy beach, the beach Kraljicina. Within the Queen's beach is world famous healing Nin mud.

Sabunike is holiday resort with about hundred of private and boarding-houses. Sabunike is located on the sand field (sabun = sand) above the Nin Bay with beautiful views of the bay and Velebit mountain.

Sabunike has beautiful sandy beaches and shallow sea suitable for families with children. Near the beach there is a well known Nin healing mud. In the village is a tourist - information center, a few shops, pastry shops, three restaurants and stands of fruit and vegetables.

The historical town of Nin is situated 3 km, 18 km Zadar and the tourist resort Zaton is about 2.5 km. In this region there are national parks Plitvice, Paklenica, Krka, Kornati and Parks of Nature Vrana Lake and Telasica.
