The apartment is located in a newly built residential building located in a quiet street (an dead-end-street) in a beautiful place Cocaletto. Cocaletto is an suburb of Rovinj surrounded by sun and greenery, it is situated cca 1km from the beautiful beaches and 3km from the old town of Rovinj.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Rovinj, summer holidays for smaller groups of up to 5 persons, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Apartment Miadoro is a newly equipped and modernly designed apartment with capacity for 4-5 persons.
The apartment has a large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one room with double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds), bathroom (toilet / shower) and covered terrace with table and chairs.
The apartment has air condition, TV, Internet.. Parking is provided on the parking lot in front of the building.

Guests have on use free of charge 5 bicycles for adults and several children's bicycles.

Cocaletto is a suburb of Rovinj, bathed by the sun and surrounded by greenery and forests. From the sea and the beach, the village is about 1km away and from the center of the old town of Rovinj is 4-5km. Near the resort there are bicycle routes along the sea leading to the center of Rovinj, ornithological reservation "Palud" where bird-watching is possible, archaeological site on Monkodon hill and water sports within the campsite "Veštar" and camp Polari.
Veštar camping site is ideal for families with small children. Within the campsite there is a possibility to rent a boat mooring.

Rovinj is located on the Istrian peninsula underneath the Lim canal and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. In Rovinj are a wide range of accommodation from camps, private accommodation, to smaller apartments and hotels. Long history of this town has been recorded in numerous buildings, churches and streets.
