Apartments Bencic offer comfortable accommodation near the beautiful beaches of Premantura. The apartments are located in a family house located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, quiet and green environment. The house is about 400 meters away, the first beach can be reached by footpath in the shade of pine trees or by car. The town center is 500 m away from the house in the opposite direction from the beach.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Premantura, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for lovers of water sports and active holidays.
Accommodation is offered in two studio apartments for two persons and 2 apartments with a capacity for beds for 4 persons and 3 large apartments for 6 persons.
Each apartment has its own separate entrance with outside space. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with dining area and living room, one, two or three bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terraces with table chairs and parasol.
STUDIO 1/2 FOR 2 PERSONS - They have a room with a double bed and a small bathroom. The room has a fridge and hob, as well as a TV with satellite dish. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, two chairs and a parasol.
APARTMENTS 1/2 FOR 4 PERSONS - with one room and double bed and living room with two more beds. In the same space is a fully equipped kitchen with a table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower and the outside area is equipped with a table 4 chairs and a parasol
APARTMENTS FOR 6 PERSONS - are large apartments with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two beds and a large living room with 2 more beds. They have a fully equipped kitchen with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor area with a table and 6 chairs and parasols.
All apartments have air conditioning except STUDIO 1. Wireless internet is present throughout the house. Each guest receives a REMOTE CONTROL for automatic door opening and a parking space in the private covered parking within the house.
There are 3 outdoor showers, swings for children and 1000 meters of landscaped green around the house
The courteous hosts who still care about the warm welcome of their guests will be happy to offer you homemade wine or brandy.
Supplements and notes:
The rental price does not include: registration fee, final cleaning of the apartment.
Final cleaning is charged € 25 for studios and apartments 1 / a at € 45 for large apartments.
Linen is changed free of charge once a week and towels and other as needed.
Laundry service is also available at a price of € .5.00 for a 5/8 kg machine.
Premantura is surrounded by nature that few can boast. South of the village is Cape Kamenjak which is a protected landscape 9.5 kilometers long, about 1.5 kilometers wide with a total of 30 kilometers of indented coast. The beaches in Premantura are mostly rocky, the most famous beaches are:
Munte Beach is one of the few beaches designed for the blind.
Sandy Bay a beautiful sandy beach especially suitable for families with young children and will not swim.
Partially rocky beach Stupice, this beach is suitable for all water sports enthusiasts. Here you can rent surfboards, play tennis or beach volleyball.
At the beginning of November, an attractive meeting of surfers - Hallowin, takes place in Premantura. Those who wish to dive into deep blue will be assisted by dive centers in the area.
If you find yourself on Kamenjak, be sure to visit its southernmost part, where the special event is the night jumps from high cliffs into the sea and the jumper carrying a torch in his hand.
