Accommodation is suitable for family holidays in Preko, romantic vacation on the island of Ugljan as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and nautical tourism.

Accommodation is offered in two newly decorated and modern equipped apartments with a capacity of 2 + 1 and 4 + 2 beds.
Apartment ID1 is designed to accommodate two to three persons. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, dining and living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with sea view.
Apartment ID2 is designed for 4 to 6 persons. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and a bathroom (toilet / shower) on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of the apartment.

Both apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet and all you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests have a shared terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is provided.

Preko is a small picturesque town located on the island Ugljan. The town’s infrastructure is made up of typical Dalmatian architecture (country houses, preserved untouched nature, beautiful Mediterranean landscapes, and crystal clear water with both sandy and rocky beaches).
Numerous bays provide ideal opportunities for sports such as sailing, surfing, water skiing, and snorkeling. You will experience the Mediterranean at its best while you take a stroll along “Lungomare” or by sipping on your favorite drink from a terrace overlooking the Zadar channel.
