About The Accommodation

Villa Vania is a beautiful stone house with swimming pool, located along the seafront of Povlja, a quiet tourist resort located 40 km east of Supetar on the island of Brac. The house is located in a quiet part of Povlja, only 20 meters from the sea, rocky and pebble beach, and only 100 meters from the bay Tičija with pebble beach ideal for family's with small children. From the town center and all major tourist facilities, the house is about 800m away. The center can be reached by car, or by the coast, which is surrounded by several beautiful beaches.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Povlja, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

The apartment house Villa Vania offers accommodation in 5 newly equipped, air-conditioned apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 2-3 and 4 persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with a living room, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet / shower / bathtub) and large terraces with a beautiful sea view.
Washing machine for guests is available in the common central room.

Guests have on use a spacious, fenced garden with several covered terraces with garden furniture, a common entertainment room with TV, computer and social games; barbecue facilities, and pool with sun loungers and umbrellas; Parking place and boat mooring are provided.

In front of the house is a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear sea, while a couple of hundred meters from the house is Ticja bay with pebble beach and shallow sea, making it ideal for families with small children.
