About The Accommodation

Villa Aurora offers a comfortable accommodation only 150m from several beaches of Poreč. The apartments are located in a family house with a beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants and palm trees. The house is situated in a quiet street, 150m from several pebble beaches and about 700m from the city center and all major tourist facilities.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Poreč, summer holidays for larger group as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 3 fully equipped apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 4-5 and 2-3 persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms (ID1 and ID3 apartments), one bedroom ID2 apartment, bathroom (toilet / shower) and spacious terrace with table and chairs.
Apartments have air condition, Sat TV, Internet.. Guests have access to a large common terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The parking space is provided on a private parking in front of the house.

Very bad stay experience. We had booked a specific apartment two months in advance. Upon arrival, after hours of travel in the August heat, we discover that our accommodation had been given to others. On the phone, the owner showed himself to be unheard-of rudeness and arrogance, \"If you like it that, it\' This is what he told us. \nThe apartment pretends to be a 3 star hotel but is actually a slum. There is written 50sqm but they are calculated including the terrace, which is spacious, so the apartment is a hole. The interior is decidedly dated and neglected: furnishings and equipment that are a century old and malfunctioning. The microwave was broken. The kitchen faucet splashed water everywhere except in the sink, flooding everything every time you washed a glass. The bathroom is microscopic, blind and devoid of any air intake system (nightmarish for 4 people). The shower and plumbing were visibly caked and degraded and the water in the shower did not flow well.\nThe first two days the water gave off a strong stagnant smell. The towels provided were so old and used that when wet they gave off an unpleasant smell; extra blankets and sheets in the closet smelled stale. The terrace and the access stairs were very dirty. General smell of old throughout the house. \nThe owners (who live upstairs) have NEVER shown up in 12 days of stay, preferring to hide and send a clearly mentally unstable relative who lived next door to us as an intermediary. Zero hospitality and professionalism. \nThere should be minimum criteria to define a \"3 star\" apartment.\nThe only thing that worked was the air conditioning. For the rest, a structure that only thinks about collecting money without offering the bare minimum in terms of respect, cleanliness and livability. Highly discouraged from every point of view.\nWe have been traveling all over Croatia for years and this was the worst experience of stay.
