Balota offers comfortable accommodation for a family holiday or a group
of friends in an apartment located in a residential building in a quiet
and quiet street only 250-300 meters away from the sea, the beach and
the center of Poreč
The
accommodation capacity of the apartment is 2 + 2 beds and consists of a
fully equipped kitchen (dishes and dishes, stove, fridge with freezer,
coffee maker), one bedroom, bathroom with shower and wc and covered
terrace with seating furniture.
Guests can use the barbecue in the garden. The yard is fenced and safe for children's play.

50 to 300 meters from the apartment there are shops, restaurants,
supermarket, sea, beaches as well as the center of Poreč and all other
tourist facilities.

is a thousand-year-old town located on the west coast of Istria and
extends north of the Mirna river valley to the Lim channel and south.
