Apartments Dukat offer a comfortable accommodation 400m from several beaches in Pakoštane, a small tourist village about 8km away from Biograd na moru. The apartments are located in a newly built family house with its own parking space. The house is situated in a small street, 400m away from several beaches, the town center and all major tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Pakoštane, summer holidays for larger groups as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 3 newly renovated and modernly equipped apartments, each with a capacity of bed for 4-6 persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with table and chairs.
Apartments have air condition, TV, washing machine, WiFi internet.
Guests have on use a barbecue facilities and a parking space.

Pakoštane is a small Dalmatian village, situated in the very center of the Adriatic coast in a unique location between the sea and the Vrana Lake. Pakostane is located 30 km from Zadar and 30 km from Sibenik.

Beach Janice 1 is located in the center of Pakostane, this is a pebble beach with sandy sea bottom.
Beach Janice 2 is a long pebble beach with a multitude of sports facilities.
Beaches Pilatuša, Bužakovina and Punta are sandy beaches partly lined with pine trees and are ideal for families with small children.

The vicinity of four national parks Kornati, Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes, and two Nature Parks Telaščica and Lake Vrana make Pakoštane an ideal destination both for family holidays and for active sports enthusiasts.
