Apartment Cool Shades is a newly renovated and modernly furnished studio apartment with a capacity for two or a family with a small child.
The apartment is fully equipped and contains a double bed, baby cot (120 x 60), a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (toilet / shower).
The apartment has TV, WiFi, and all necessary for preparing and serving dishes.
The parking space is provided in the garage next to the apartment.

The accommodation is physically located very close to Matulji (1.7 km to the center), which are the ideal combination of Kvarner and the mountain hinterland, allowing guests a pleasant vacation in cool summer evenings.
