The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house with a large and nicely landscaped garden and secured parking place. The house is situated on a gentle hill, and from each apartment there is a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding islands. From the city center and all major tourist facilities, the house is about 800m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Novi Vinodolski, or for romantic holidays for couples.

The accommodation capacity of the apartment is for 2-3 persons and consists of a spacious, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a large terrace. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person.
