Villa Maria offers bed and breakfast accommodation with favorable prices in a renovated house from the 17th century located in the center of Motovun. Accommodation is available in the elegantly decorated units with free WiFi and satellite TV.

At Villa Maria accommodation is offered in 3 double rooms and in one studio apartment with a capacity of beds for two to three persons. Each room has a double bed, a bathroom (toilet / shower, washing machine) and a balcony. Some rooms have a balcony with a view of the Mirna valley, Motovun forest and vineyards.
Guests in the studio apartment can relax in the furnished garden beneath the vines.
Breakfast on request, can be served in the bedroom, on the balcony or in the garden.

Public parking, free of charge is only 200 meters away from the house. Private accommodation Villa Maria also provides a shuttle service for guests from the city parking to the house.

Motovun (Italian: Montona) is a municipality in Croatia, located in the north of Istria, near the towns Buzet and Pazin.
Motovun is the best preserved early medieval fortress, which has been developed on top of a steep hill. Attractiveness of Motovun is a medieval setting, and the view on the vineyards and the Motovun forest.
In Motovun there are several bike paths and opportunities for paragliding. The nearest beach is located in Novigrad, 15 km from Motovun. Numerous historic Istrian towns are only 20 minutes away by car.
