The house is only 5-10 min drive to Opatija and 15 minutes to Rijeka.

Accommodation is offered in three double rooms and in one air-conditioned and fully equipped apartment for a comfortable and unforgettable holiday in Matulji.
The accommodation capacity of the apartment is 8 + 2 beds, and is consist of fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, bedrooms, bathroom and spacious terrace in the shade of trees surrounded by lots of greenery.
Each room has air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, drinking water with ISO, coffee machine ... Guests staying in double rooms have on use shared kitchen.
In the nicely decorated and spacious courtyard guests have use of an outdoor grill - fireplace.
Parking space for 6 cars is provided on the private parking lot of the house.
