The house is located in a beautiful part of Mali Lošinj, in settlement Malin at only 100 meters from the town center, restaurants and all major tourist attractions.
Accommodation is ideal for a family holiday in Mali Losinj, summer holidays for a smaller groups as well as for enthusiasts of sailing and water sports.

Accommodation is offered in one studio apartment for two persons and in one apartment with capacity of beds for 4-5 persons.
Studio apartment ID1 have fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace surrounded by greenery and in the shade of grape vines, equipped with outdoor seating.
Apartment ID2 contain fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace surrounded by greenery and in the shade of grape vines, equipped with outdoor seating.

In a beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests can use the barbecue. Parking place is provided.
The apartments are located near the port of ships, catamarans and the bus station, the beach are only a few minutes stroll (300m).

Path of the dolphins is a walking path in the length of 20 km which passes across the southern part of the island and connects its two shores of the west and east side. Along this route you have the best opportunity to see the playful dolphins in the sea.
