Holiday house Velebit offers comfortable accommodation 200m from the sandy beach and the center of Lopar on the island of Rab. House Velebit is a newly renovated stone house overlooking the sea, located in a quiet area and close to all major tourist attractions.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Lopar as well as for a summer holidays for group of friends.

The capacity of the house is 4 + 4 beds, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room and one bedroom on the ground floor, one bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, and a spacious terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet ..
The living room has a bed that can serve as an extra bed for two persons. Upon request, there is possibility for 3 additional children's beds, one of which is a baby crib.

In a beautifully landscaped courtyard guests have on use a garden furniture, umbrellas, barbecue .. Parking space for two cars is provided in the garage.

The rental price:
01.01.-15.06. and 15.09.-31.12. - 105 € / per day for 4 persons, extra bed 10 € / per person
15.06.-15.09. - 150 € / per day for 4 persons, extra bed 15 € / per person
