Holiday House Axa offers a comfortable accommodation 300 meters from the sea, beautiful beaches and the center of Kukljica on the island of Ugljan. It is a newly built house with its own parking space, located in a small and quiet street with low traffic. The house is situated about 300m from the town center, all major tourist facilities and several beaches.
Accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Kukljica, summer holidays for a group of up to 8 persons as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

The accommodation capacity of the house is for 6-8 persons and consists of: three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, additional toilet on the ground floor, two terraces of which one is covered and another spacious open terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
The house has air condition, heating, TV, internet, washing machine ...

Guests have at their disposal a spacious open terrace in the garden with the possibility of using the barbecue facilities.
Parking is proved for three cars on the parking lot next to the house
Ferry port Preko is located about 4 km from Kukljica. Ferry lines traffic at every hour

Kukljica has several beautiful beaches:
Beach holiday resort Zelena punta - pebble and stone beach with sports facilities.
Beach Sabusa - is located on the west coast of the island, 20 minutes walking from the center of Kukljica. The sea is sandy and shallow and suitable for families with small children.
Beach Jelenica - naturist beach, located near the bay Sabusa. It is surrounded by many olive trees. The beach can be reached on foot in 25 minutes from the center of Kukljica. The beach is sandy - gravel, without any content. Besides Jelenica, there is also a nudist beach Little Sabusa.
Beach Kostanj - located north of Kukljica is sandy beaches with thick pine forest and completely natural setting. On the beach there are no facilities and the bay is suitable for anchoring small boats.
