Furnished with a table, chairs, and a sunshade, the terrace invites you to relax and savor every moment of your stay.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. It comes with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and all the essentials you might need to prepare meals just the way you like them.

The recently renovated bathroom adds a touch of modern comfort with a sleek walk-in shower, elegant sink, WC, and washing machine. For extra convenience, there is also a separate additional toilet. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere throughout the apartment, two air-conditioning units are at your disposal.
