Apartments Kiwi offer accommodation with favorable prices 200m from the beach and the center of Gornji Karin, about 30 km from Zadar. Apartments are located in a family house with a spacious and nicely landscaped garden in the shadow of the kiwi.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Karin, summer holidays for smaller groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports, rafting and active vacation.

The accommodation is offered in 2 apartments with capacity of beds for 4-6 persons and in one studio apartment for two persons. Each apartment is on a separate floor of the house and has a separate entrance.
Apartment ID1 and ID2 have 2 bedrooms (4 beds + extra bed), fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with outdoor seating and a view of the sea.
Apartment ID3 studio apartment with 2 beds, consisting of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, a stone table in the garden in the shade of kiwi.
Apartments have air-conditioner, Sat Tv, Internet..

Guests have on use a beautifully landscaped and spacious yard in the shade of kiwi with table and chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Parking is provided in shadow of kiwi, on the the private parking lot of the house.
Tourist tax is included in the price.

Karin is tourist destination located in Northern Dalmatia (Zadar area) in a quiet and clean gulf of Karin Sea. Nearby there is no industrial facilities and the air is very clean and has a beneficial effect on various lung diseases (asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc.).
Parts of Karin underwater are covered with therapeutic mud, which is used in treating various rheumatic and other diseases.
In the wider surrounding area of Karin (within 50 km) there are numerous attractions providing an active holiday, such as: Canyon of river Zrmanja (10 km), National Parks Paklenica (40 km) and Krka (50 km), the monastery Krupa and source of the Krupa River (30 km), then towns Zadar (30 km) and Sibenik (45 km).
