Dubrovnik apartments, accommodation Dubrovnik Apartments Maja are situated in a family house which is located in the elite part of Dubrovnik - area Ploče, just 150m walk from the old town and only 100m from the popular city beach Banje. House offers accommodation in three apartments, one of which is a studio apartment and in one double-bed room. The apartments have views of the sea, the island Lokrum, the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the walls of the Old City. All apartments are air-conditioned except for the double-bed room, which has fan. Apartments and room are equipped with: satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi internet, free parking spaces. Each of the accommodation has a private outside entrance. Description of accommodation: Apartment ID1 is on two levels and consisted of: fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom and one triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) with a balcony on the lower floor. In the living room is a sofa bed which can accommodate two persons. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1/2 bedroom and 1/1 room), hall with sofa that extends and another bathroom. From the roof windows the view extends from Cavtat and islands in the east to Dubrovnik western part, of course including the Town in the walls, like on a plate in front of you. Studio-apartment ID2 with capacity 3 beds (1 double bed + single bed), consists of bathroom, kitchen, terrace covered with grapevine pergola exit in to the garden. Apartment ID3 is on two levels, comprises: kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room on the ground floor and terrace. Bedrooms: 1/3 room (1 double bed + single bed), 1 double-bed bedroom, a balcony on the first floor. In the living room is a sofa bed which can accommodate two people. Room ID4 Double-bed room is located on the ground floor, has bathroom (toilet / shower) and direct access to the terrace in the garden. For group of tourists we can offer a combination of all these 4 units. Each of them has private outdoor entrance. Upon request, we can provide transport from the airport. All the important monuments, galleries, churches, restaurants, bars, performances are within 100-150m from the apartments.
