Little Villa Tony is a beautifully restored holiday house surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean plants, situated in a quiet street, 50 meters away from the sandy beach, 100m from the town's beach and 300m from the town center and all major tourist attractions.
The accommodation is suitable for a quiet family vacation in Crikvenica, summer holidays for smaller group, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.
Little Villa Tony is a detached house of 120m2 and accommodation capacity for 6-8 persons.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and a spacious terrace with garden furniture…little barbecue, open shower..
The house is air conditioned, also heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, .. House is fully furnished and offers all the requirements for a pleasant holidays in Crikvenica.
In the beautifully landscaped courtyard with lots of flowers and greenery, guests can use the terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
Parking is provided in closed garage per day 100 HRK or open closed space 60 HRK per day per 1 car payable direct in cash by garage owner.
The house is situated in an ideal location, within only 10-50 meters there are restaurants, shops, ATMs, with 30 sand and pebble beaches, playgrounds and various facilities for entertainment. The center of Crikvenica and all mayor tourist facilities are located at only 100 meters from the house.
Crikvenica is a small, charming tourist town of Crikvenica Riviera that adorn the long sandy and pebble beach with many facilities for children which are connected with natural walkway through the rich Mediterranean vegetation and provide the opportunity for everyone to enjoy, from swimmers to walkers, and cyclists
