Apartments Josip Cule offer accommodation with favorable prices in the center of the old town of Cres, on the island of Cres. The apartments are located in a family house which is situated in a very quiet part of the old town of Cres, only 50 m from the main square and 100 meters from the beach.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Cres, summer holidays for smaller groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 3 apartments designed in a rustic ambience with a capacity of beds for 2-3 persons.
Apartment ID1 has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower).
Studio apartments ID2 and ID3 contain equipped kitchen with dining area, double bed and a bathroom (toilet / shower).
All apartments have air condition, Sat TV, Internet ..

Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped courtyard with lots of flowers and Mediterranean plants where several terraces with outdoor seating furniture are located, as well as the possibility of using barbecue facilities. The yard is fenced and safe for children to play.

The city of Cres is the biggest town on the island and its administrative center. It is located in the north-eastern part of a wide snug bay which from ancient times served as a good shelter from storms. Thanks to its good position a modern marina with numerous berths was built to the south of the town.  The bay is filled with nice bathing areas – the first beaches are only a few minutes away by walk from the city centre.  Such a position lends itself to developing fishery, seafaring and shipbuilding through the centuries. The city is surrounded with fertile land which allows olive growing from which famous olive oil from Cres is made.

The best way to fell the city is to take a walk through numerous small streets in the old city centre. Narrow and high small houses attaching to each other and streets winding in a maze through the old city center are a typical example of medieval architecture.
In the center of the town is the main square, where is a Municipal Loggia where in the past declarations were read, agreements were made, where people made business and had fun. If you happen to find yourself in the square in the morning, you may see women and men from Cres selling their products such as fruits and vegetables, olive oil, honey and other island products under the Loggia.

Today Cres is aimed at developing tourism the beginnings of which reach the far 1845 which; thus, Cres takes the second place with the longest tourism tradition in the Adriatic.
Thanks to its nuanced tourist offer of gastronomy, events and both cultural and historic landmarks Cres can surely be included in the very top of Croatian tourism.
