About The Accommodation
Villa Nona offers quality accommodation just 250 meters from the sea, beach and 200 meters from the center of Cavtat. Villa Nona is a traditional Dalmatian house in the heart of Cavtat - the small Croatian "Saint Tropez". The house is located above the old town of Cavtat and offers a beautiful view of the old town and the sea.
The accommodation is suitable for family holidays in Cavtat, summer holidays for larger groups as well as for water sports and relaxation holidays.
The villa consists of three self catering apartments and one studio, each with separate entrance and individual rental.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, two or more bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace with stunning views of the sea and the old town.
Studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. This apartment has no washing machine in the apartment, guests of the studio apartment have the possibility to use the washing machine at the host.
All accommodation units have air condition, satellite TV, internet ..
There is a parking lot for the guests.
The distance to the sea is about 250 m and the center of Cavtat with market, bank, pharmacy, bus stop and restaurants is 200 m away from the villa.
There are very good connections to Dubrovnik, 30 minutes by taxi, bus and 45 minutes by boat. Čilipi Airport is 15 minutes (5 km) from Cavtat.
Cavtat is a tourist and cultural center of Konavle the most southern Croatian region, located 20 km. south of Dubrovnik. Ancient remains, Renaissance palaces and villas make up the core of Cavtat, in antiquity known as Epidaurum.
Cavtat is a town of beautiful beaches and luxury hotels along with the traditional way of life and customs. Visit the house of Vlaho Bukovac, a famous artist, whose home is stored his collection of paintings and artwork.
Once you've met Cavtat, take a trip to Dubrovnik, Mljet and Elafiti islands.
In Cavtat you can freshen up in one of the many bars, Coffey-bars or taste traditional Dalmatian cuisine and high-quality local wines in restaurants.

Payment by bank transfer on EUR on our account at Erste bank . Déposit 30% upon de receipt of the invoice. Cancelation without charge till one month before arrival, after that date we keep the déposit. Resident taxe ( 2,5 € ) is included in the prices !
